Placing Orders
All orders are subject to product availability
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

Payment

- Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment processing
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days, depending on location
Delays may occur due to:
- Courier partner issues
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
RIDHA is not responsible for delays beyond our control
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted as the order may already be processed or shipped
Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
- Refunds are processed after inspection and may take 5–7 business days
